Bill de Blasio decided in his younger years to change his name from Warren Wilhelm, Jr. Why is that? Did the communist they he needed to have a more ‘ethnic’ sounding name to go anywhere in politics in New York? Bill de Blasio aka Warren Wilhelm, Jr. didn’t legally change his name until 2002. An amazing coincidence, because just a year earlier he was elected e New York City Council’s 39th district in Brooklyn. Was Warren Wilhelm just not ethnic sounding enough for Brooklyn or something?
