“We’re going to have to keep marching…..” Does Barry REALLY believe that HE is in the same league as a person of MLK Jr.? Evidently the CBC thinks that as well..
Obama said Republicans in Congress are willing to throw the economy into peril in their effort to defund the Affordable Care Act. Some in the GOP have also threatened not to raise the debt ceiling in an attempt to block ObamaCare.
First false statement. The House passed their CR with that, AGAIN Barry SPENDING alive. Stupid as they are. But he just ADORES calling that debacle named after him. Speaking of an Obama, has he noticed that Kenyans seem to be killing others, that ARE NOT MUSLIM. Which brings us, once again to his “dreams of” Daddy AND of course himself, isn’t that correct Barry Soetoro?
“Let me say as clearly as I can: It is not going to happen. We have come too far. We have overcome far darker threats than those,”
AND while alluding to COLOR, equates himself to MLK Jr. with this gem:
“We’re going to have to keep marching. And I’m proud that I’ll be, at least for the next three and a half years here in Washington and then a whole lot of years after that, I’m going to be marching with you,”
..the “Black Caucus”. You see, that caucus wants to be BLACK, Representative Allen West is American, NOT a hyphenated American. Allen West sees no color and those that have served with or under him, his present colleagues and the Florida people that he represents see NO color in or with him.
Over the past few weeks, members of the Congressional Black Caucus (an organization that excludes people from joining based on skin color) held job fair town hall events across the country. Rep. Andre Carson (D-IN) told the attendees of his event that members of the Tea Party in congress would like to see “us hanging on a tree”. Carson is the congressman who started the myth that Tea Party protesters hurled racial slurs at he and Rep. John Lewis (D-GA) on the day of the ObamaCare vote.
Not enough one can say about the Dem’s and their racism. They will continue unabated. Nary word will come from their aiders and abettors..
Recent student protests against tuition increases in the U.K. and California demonstrate that such upticks invoke strong reactions in student communities and can quickly spiral out of control.
For two years President Obama and Congressional Democrats have pushed federal policies that separate low-income and minority students from quality education. It is only a matter of time before the breadth of these cuts becomes part of the national dialogue and minority students notice — and erupt.
In March 2009, the President terminated the Opportunity Scholarship Program – school vouchers providing educational lifelines for 3,700 African-American students in the nation’s capital.
In five years and half the per-pupil cost of DC’s abysmal public system, voucher students increased reading scores by 19% and high school graduation rates 12%. Every year saw four times more applicants than slots.
Current students are safe until graduation, but future opportunity was stolen from DC’s at-risk youth when the President and Congress – led by the Congressional Black Caucus – canceled the program and voted down Republican amendments to extend it.
Where is Al Sharpton? La Raza? The National Organization for Women?
An avalanche of complaints to the Department of Education has delayed the ruling, and with the current national hyperawareness of tuition struggles facing college students and their families, now is the time for this issue to hit the spotlight.
We shall see, as is said..
