FTVLive reports that morale at CNN is sinking under Jeff Zucker. CNN’s Atlanta branch has been especially hit hard as Zucker slashes staff, shifts operations to New York, and plays coy with nervous employees.

Candy REALLY wants to be an inquisitor, opinionist, wouldn’t that be a MORE CORRECT definition?
To act as moderator; preside.
And why is it that WOMEN use descriptive words of that were once used to describe part of THEIR behaviour patterns and/or practices in their past?
‘once the table is kind of set’
Amy Siskand, of The New Agenda, told The Daily Caller that she believes there is an effort to silence the one female moderator this year, and by extension, discussion of women’s issues.
“As the voting block which has determined every modern day election, it’s important that the women of this country have a voice,” Siskand told TheDC. “The Debate Commission has finally included women, but in back seat roles — moderator of the vice presidential debate, again, and a relatively voiceless moderator.”
And how was Crowley not aware that since about 1996, town hall debates have increasingly included similar rules?
Here’s Lynn Sweet from 2008:
Almost every important detail about the debates — three presidential and one vice presidential — is governed by a 31-page “memorandum of understanding.” …
… Under the deal, the moderator may not ask followups or make comments. The person who asks the question will not be allowed a follow-up either, and his or her microphone will be turned off after the question is read …
Interestingly, the general consensus among observers seems to be that we should ignore the agreement and “Let Crowley be Crowley.”
If this year’s election is going to be decided on the basis of hard facts, the Obama administration is doomed. But the Obama campaign is well aware of that, which is why we are hearing so many distracting innuendoes and outright lies about such peripheral issues as what Mitt Romney is supposed to have done while running Bain Capital — or even what is supposed to have happened at Bain Capital, years after Mitt Romney was long gone.
The Obama campaign’s big smear, about how Romney is supposed to have caused a woman to die of cancer, has been exposed as a lie by CNN, hardly a Republican network. What smears like this show is that the Obama administration cannot run on its track record, so it has to run on distractions from the country’s real problems.
All you need Leon, is a mustache. Great Groucho Marx mask you’d have. How many more ILLEGAL WARS, is your administration going to get the U.S. involved in?
According to U.S. Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta, “It’s important when Assad leaves… to try to preserve stability in that country.” Panetta claims keeping the Syrian military in place will prevent Syria from becoming another Iraq.

CNN doesn’t even tell its viewers that Romney isn’t required to release any of his tax returns. CNN doesn’t even float the fourth and most likely reason for Romney choosing not to hand over thousands of pages of oppo-research to his enemies in the media and Obama — that maybe, just maybe, the Obama team has proven itself so dishonest during this campaign that handing a four-foot high stack of documents to desperate class warfare demagogues is nothing short of suicide.
Again, this is THE MOST TRUSTED NAME IN NEWS perfectly parroting Obama’s talking points and lying through omission.
(CNN) – Two state representatives in Michigan were barred from speaking on the floor of the legislature in Lansing Thursday after colleagues deemed their language “failed to maintain the decorum” of the legislative body.
State Reps. State Reps. Lisa Brown and Barb Byrum, both Democrats, were arguing against proposed legislation that would enact new restrictions on abortions in Michigan, including provisions for new insurance requirements for abortion providers.

“All the help in the world isn’t going to do you any good if you’re not willing to work hard,” she said. “I think people were so willing to help me because they saw that I was reaching for my goals, and I wasn’t going to let anything stop me.”
