EX-TARGET WORKERS SUE, ALLEGE RACE DISCRIMINATION
Three former Target employees are suing the nation’s second-largest discount chain for discrimination and retaliation, citing alleged racial slurs from managers and a training document that included stereotypical portrayals of Hispanics.
The lawsuit, filed recently in Northern California’s Yolo County, says that workers who complained about the conditions at a distribution center in Woodland were fired.
The complaint alleges that white managers regularly used racial epithets when speaking with Hispanic workers.
Also, according to the complaint, the training document used negative stereotypes and stated: “Food: not everyone eats tacos and burritos; Music: not everyone dances to salsa; Dress: not everyone wears a sombrero; Mexicans (lower education level, some may be undocumented).”
It also stated that Hispanics “may say `OK, OK’ and pretend to understand, when they do not, just to save face.”
The case and ongoing trial against George Zimmerman, is but a vignette of what the United States of America..
..is going through with this present administration. An extravagant farce! This farce is being played out by the same type person or persons. The Left with very definite RACISM! THEY want their way persons and peoples be damned. It is revolting and eventually a revolt is what will occur!
“Fort Hood victims upset; suspect can question them”. “Suspect” !? Why, WHY, is there a trial IS THE question !
FORT HOOD, Texas (AP) – Retired Staff Sgt. Alonzo Lunsford says he will never forget locking eyes with the gunman who entered a Fort Hood building Nov. 5, 2009, and then unleashed a burst of gunfire into a crowd of soldiers preparing for deployment.
Retired Staff Sgt. Shawn Manning said he saw the gunman too, before he was shot six times as he sat in the front row of chairs waiting for routine medical tests.
Now the nearly three dozen soldiers wounded in the deadly attack on the Texas Army post are facing the prospect of being approached and questioned in court by the man many witnesses have identified as the gunman: Maj. Nidal Hasan.

It would seem, that there are a hell of a lot more mental deficients (as in LOONY) in Colorado, then James Holmes. A Judge comes to mind..
If a judge in Colorado, with its Shield Law protecting journalists from revealing their sources, can compel Winter to testify, no source will ever be fully comfortable speaking to a reporter again. A wall of silence will go up to shield corrupt politicians, bureaucrats and police officers from being investigated by an independent press corps because those who may want to shed light on wrongdoing will be cowed into silence by a judicial system that will place careers and personal safety in peril.
First, Colorado came after the Second Amendment, I was not the Second Amendment. Now IT IS the First Amendment..
There’s sanity in the universe, just not enough of it.
A federal appeals judge has upheld most of a 2010 Arizona state law that prohibits school districts from offering coursework that endorses the overthrow of the United States government or stokes resentment toward a race or class of people.
Friday’s ruling, by A. Wallace Tashima of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, declared three of the four sections of the law constitutional, reports the Arizona Daily Independent.
The relevant sections of the contested law, commonly known among locals as House Bill 2281, forbid Arizona school districts and charter schools from:
1. Promoting the overthrow of the United States government.
2. Promoting resentment toward a race or class of people.
3. Designing courses primarily for pupils of a particular ethnic group.
4. Advocating ethnic solidarity instead of the treatment of pupils as individuals.

..for between the above and the “we have to pass it, to know what’s in it”, communtized, “spread the wealth around” health(?)care, we are going to most assuredly need hankies and tissue paper.
