All, most excellent questions, Ray’s Mom. Dunno’ all, if any answers. Don’t believe Denver, knows either. Must be on their list, immediately after the Aurora Theater massacre and what to do with totally loony James Holmes, whenever.

There will undoubtedly be lawsuits, how much do you think this will cost Home Depot and Denver?

Several pounds of flesh and boatloads.

This is a good video illustrating the stupidity of some “police officers”. Several things come to mind; why was a blind man driving for starters. Then, wouldn’t you think an volunteer representing law enforcement would have called a REAL police officer if there was a problem, not attempt to intimidate someone, especially someone who is “handicapped”?

Stupidity is all that can be drawn from this ridiculous fiasco. There will undoubtedly be lawsuits, how much do you think this will cost Home Depot and Denver?

Completely agree. It’s absurd to the nth..

This whole thing stinks like Pelosi’s undies

Nothing, NOTHING, could be worse then that. Do believe I’ll have nothing more than ‘Hot Water Soup’ for the rest of today.

InFNcredible. Were I that “cop” I would be ashamed that I even reported it. Why didn’t he “arrest” the old guy at the time the incident happened? Don’t be surprised if the “victim” tries to get some compensation for his “injuries”. This whole thing stinks like Pelosi’s undies.

As my tagline states, Mags: Asininities of the Human Kind. In this instance the cops were and if this proceeds, are all ass. Toss in the judicial system, should it go forward.

    Hi,
That really goes beyond belief. What were the police thinking when they went into the old mans bedroom, what were they thinking when they could see how old and fragile this person really was, the cops should be given a good talking to as far as I’m concerned, and this should of been thrown out of court. It is rather obvious that the poor guy must of been scared when the so called off duty whatever took to him. I see total outrage in a lot of the comments on the article and I totally agree.
